Administration Officer â Radiologist Workflow & Teleradiology
Imaging Associates is seeking an organised, proactive and peopleâfocused administrator to play a pivotal role in supporting our Radiologists and keeping our Support Office running smoothly. This is a highly visible position where your ability to prioritise, problemâsolve and deliver exceptional service will make a meaningful impact every day.
You will provide highâquality administrative and clerical support to the Radiologist team, ensuring workflow runs efficiently in a fastâpaced clinical environment. This includes managing internal and external calls, reviewing reporting requirements, prioritising cases with rostered Radiologists and liaising with hospitals to meet reporting timeframes. You will source and provide patient information as required, maintain accurate records in the RIS and troubleshoot issues such as image quality or reporting discrepancies to resolution.
Alongside this, you will take ownership of the dayâtoâday management of the Support Office, creating a professional, safe and wellâorganised workplace. You will manage reception enquiries, mail and deliveries, maintain meeting rooms and amenities, oversee office supplies, and coordinate facilities, maintenance, security and OH&S requirements.
Building strong, collaborative working relationships will be central to your success, as you partner closely with the Radiologist Workflow and Teleradiology teams and a range of internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll be comfortable balancing structure with flexibility, and confident supporting senior medical professionals in a dynamic, professional setting.
The role is based on site at our Support Office and operates from 8:00am to 5:30pm. Working days are Sunday to Thursday across five days per week, with flexibility to consider a 0.6 FTE arrangement (three days per week) for the right candidate.
