About the Role
Working closely with the Administration Manager and Clinical Leads, you will take a hands-on leadership approach to:
- Coach, mentor and develop team members to reach their full potential
- Oversee and actively support the day-to-day operations of reception and clinic workflow
- Lead billing, banking and Medicare processes with accuracy
- Communicate and implement business updates and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency
- Support the coordination of workforce planning, rostering and leave management
- Manage escalations and resolve complex enquiries with professionalism and empathy
About You
As an experienced and confident imaging Administration leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, you will bring:
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and drive the performance of a team
- Strong understanding of patient workflows, administrative processes and Medicare billing
- Knowledge of PET scheduling and booking workflows (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with a variety of stakeholders
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure
- Sound judgement and problem-solving capability
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
