Breast Imaging Supervisor - Richmond

As our Breast Imaging Supervisor, working closely with our Clinical Directors, Head of Breast Imaging and Chief MIT to set the direction for our services, strengthen clinical governance and ensure we continue to deliver care that patients trust. You’ll take the lead on everything that matters in breast imaging for Richmond, including but not limited to:

• Clinical quality and compliance to team capability, workflow optimisation and patient experience. 
• The driving force behind mammography and breast MRI services that are safe, efficient, compassionate and consistently exceptional.
• Lead and maintain mammography-specific quality assurance programs in alignment with DIAS, RANZCR, MQAP and regulatory requirements.
• Fostering a learning culture, guiding radiographers and clinical staff through ongoing education, professional development and evidence‑based best practice.
• Monitor service performance, identify operational improvements, and implement process enhancements where required.
• Ensure all clinical documentation is accurate, compliant, version controlled and audit-ready.
• Oversee equipment QA processes, radiation safety compliance and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Support accreditation preparation and ongoing compliance activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced Breast Imaging professional who thrives on leading people, lifting standards and delivering excellence.

• Problem‑solving, streamlining workflows and building teams that feel supported, capable and connected.
• Experienced Mammographer or in Breast MRI.
• Experienced interventional Breast Procedures
