Brand new Richmond clinic: Opening early 2026

As we continue our company-wide journey of growth, an opportunity has arisen for an engaging and passionate Chief Medical Imaging Technologist (MIT) to inspire our clinic team to continue delivering service excellence.

With access to a comprehensive suite of modalities including MRI, CT, X-ray, Ultrasound, and Mammography, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our imaging services.

Working closely with the Operations Manager (VIC) and Clinical Director, you will be instrumental in cultivating a positive team culture, ensuring the smooth workflow of our clinic, and creating a true Centre of Excellence for the Richmond and surrounding community.

About You

To thrive in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience as a Chief MIT or a Deputy Chief ready to take the next step in their career
• Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members
• Clinical excellence in providing high-quality imaging examinations across a broad patient mix, with a strong focus on patient safety and welfare
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with staff, patients, and key stakeholders
• Sound problem-solving and decision-making ability, with the confidence to exercise initiative and professional judgement
• Commercial acumen with a proven ability to optimise workflow and resources while maintaining the highest standards of patient care
• Current AHPRA or ASAR registration with a commitment to ongoing professional development
