We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive End User Computer Support professional to join our IT Team in Melbourne.
This is a 6-month fixed term opportunity with the potential to become permanent.
About the role
Join Imaging Associates and provide hands-on IT support across our clinics and support office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting end users, and helping teams deliver excellent patient care through reliable technology.
- Provide Level 1 IT support for hardware, software, peripherals and connectivity issues across multiple sites.
- Respond to service desk incidents and requests, ensuring a high level of customer service and timely resolution.
- Build, image, configure and deploy desktops, laptops, mobile devices and related equipment.
- Support clinic and office technology, including printers, meeting room equipment and end-user devices.
- Assist with site setups, office moves, upgrades and device lifecycle activities.
- Maintain accurate asset records, support documentation and knowledge articles.
- Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID and other core business systems.
- Participate in an on-call roster and contribute to continuous improvement across IT services.
About you
- Experience supporting Windows desktop environments, Microsoft 365 and end-user devices.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking and peripheral issues.
- Exposure to device imaging, deployment and lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.
- The ability to prioritise competing demands and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach and willingness to support a multi-site healthcare business.
- Experience in healthcare or supporting clinical applications will be highly regarded.
