We are looking to hire highly motivated and patient-focused Mammographers to join our Carlton team

This is a permanent full-time role, though part-time hours may be considered for a suitable candidate.

As a passionate Mammographer, you will be supported by our team of highly qualified and dedicated radiographers, who are rostered across a variety of modalities including X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound and Mammography.

You will work collaboratively with our specialised breast radiologists, technicians, and clinical staff to ensure that our breast imaging service offering is provided in a professional, respectful, and compassionate way to our patients.

This is a great opportunity to fast-track and grow your career into further modalities, whilst working with a multi-disciplinary team, including a dedicated on-site Radiologist, highly skilled Sonographers, Radiographers, passionate nurses and dedicated administration staff.

This is your opportunity to work closely with a Professional Sports Medical Team and expand your reach especially within the realm Musculoskeletal Imaging

What we’re looking for?

We’re patient-first and it’s important to us that our patients feel personally cared for. You’re caring and compassionate approach, combined with strong communication and interpersonal skills, will see you thrive in this role.

To be successful you must possess the following:

• Bachelor of Medical Imaging, AHPRA registration and VIC Radiation licence
• Previous experience working as a mammographer. Biopsy experience (highly regarded)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with and put patients at ease
• Be adaptable, flexible, highly organised and motivated by continuous learning and development
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
• Experience working autonomously and part of a team
• Unrestricted working rights (Australian/New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident)
