Join Our Team as a Marketing Specialist
We’re seeking a proactive, commercially minded Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing team. Based at our Support Office in Box Hill and reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will translate agreed brand and digital priorities into integrated campaigns, content plans and measurable activity that strengthens the Imaging Associates brand and digital footprint, supports clinic growth and improves engagement with patients and referrers.
This hands-on role offers broad exposure across the full marketing mix including digital marketing, social media, website optimisation, performance analysis, events, sponsorships and clinic marketing. Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will develop projects from brief through to evaluation alongside sales, operations, clinicians, in-house graphic design and external agencies.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate digital marketing projects and external agencies across SEO, SEM campaign delivery and measurement.
- Support delivery of the digital strategy, translating agreed priorities into campaign activity, content plans and measurable actions.
- Develop and deliver social media campaigns and the communications calendar, analyse performance and recommend improvements.
- Maintain and improve website content and user experience, using analytics to identify opportunities and support online booking conversion.
- Prepare quarterly marketing performance analysis and contribute insights to internal reviews, annual planning and marketing metrics updates.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and run our events program including event planning, digital communications, venue liaison and ROI analysis.
- Coordinate selected sponsorship and partnership activities, developing communications and activations that support engagement and return on investment.
- Coordinate marketing requirements for new and existing clinics, including collateral, signage, and printed and digital promotional material.
- Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing team, operations teams, clinicians, designers, copywriters, photographers, suppliers and agencies to deliver projects on time and in line with the brand strategy.
- Maintain practical systems and processes, provide team support as needed and contribute to continuous improvement across Marketing and the wider business.
What you’ll bring:
- A tertiary qualification in marketing, business, communications or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Min 2â3 years’ experience in a marketing role, with exposure to multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, website, content or events.
- A working knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing and campaign optimisation, with an interest in continuing to build your capability.
- Confidence using website, campaign and analytics data to assess performance and make recommendations.
- Strong written and communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging content for different audiences.
- Good organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A collaborative and proactive approach, with excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Design qualifications or experience including Adobe Suite highly desirable
