As we continue to expand, we are seeking enthusiastic Trainee Sonographers who are passionate about patient care, eager to learn and ready to commit to a rewarding development journey. This program is designed for individuals who want more than a job â it is a genuine pathway to build a long-term career in radiology with Imaging Associates.
Successful applicants will be offered a place in a structured training program commencing from January 2027, working alongside experienced sonographers and dedicated tutor sonographers. Through guided clinical exposure, practical learning and ongoing support, trainees will develop the technical, clinical and professional capability required to progress toward becoming confident, highly skilled sonographers.
This is a rare opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of ultrasound examinations, varied clinical settings and multiple metropolitan clinics. You will learn in a hands-on environment, receive regular guidance from knowledgeable team members, and be supported by a clear training structure that balances professional growth with exceptional patient care.
Selection Criteria
Ultrasound training is not for the faint of heart and requires a high degree of dedication and self-motivation. We are looking for trainees who are tenacious in their commitment to study, have meticulous attention to detail and are willing to work hard. We are also looking for those who bring an enormous energy and pride into everything they do.
