The opportunityReporting to the Operations Manager - NSW, in this hands-on role you will manage the day-to-day operation of our radiology reception activities in Wagga Wagga, while also seeking opportunities to improve and develop processes and systems to deliver an efficient and effective service to our patients. Key responsibilities include:Leading and participating in the smooth operation of the reception and administration areaAttending to billing, banking, and Medicare related activitiesOverseeing rosters, timesheets and leave requests in conjunction with managementProviding ongoing training and development to employeesDelivering an exceptional patient experienceYou may be a well-versed team leader in another industry looking for a change, or you may already be familiar with the healthcare sector.
