Our Teleradiology division was created in 2023 to strengthen the support we provide to our referrers and patients, and we are excited to be recruiting for Administration Officers to join the afterhours team on a casual or part-time permanent basis.
Afterhours Administration Officer, Teleradiology (Permanent Part-Time or Casual positions available)
This is a busy concierge role seeing you juggle calls and managing workflows on multiple systems, so you need to be tech savvy and able to adjust to working on several different hospital systems. You are organised and comfortable prioritising, reprioritising, and escalating based on urgency.
You will need to anticipate and proactively meet the professional needs of the Radiologist team: you come with a positive and flexible approach and an ability to work under pressure.
As the Afterhours Administration Officer you will:
We are recruiting in the afterhours team which would see you working on a rotating roster of 4pm to midnight or midnight to 8am shifts. For those working in a part-time capacity this would mean seven days on, seven days off. Just think what you could do with a week off every fortnight!
