You are organised and comfortable prioritising, reprioritising, and escalating based on urgency.You will need to anticipate and proactively meet the professional needs of the Radiologist team: you come with a positive and flexible approach and an ability to work under pressure.As the Afterhours Administration Officer you will:Provide a range of administrative support services to the broader Radiologist team.Coordinate internal and external calls for Radiologists.Manage and monitor work priorities and workflows to ensure delivery of efficient and effective patient focused services. We are recruiting in the afterhours team which would see you working on a rotating roster of 4pm to midnight or midnight to 8am shifts. For those working in a part-time capacity this would mean seven days on, seven days off.
