About UsImaging Associates provides a fresh approach to Radiology and is owned by a team of well-respected Radiologists with private practices across the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Gippsland, and Wagga Wagga, and partnerships within the public hospital sector.We are on a strong growth trajectory and are committed to providing a premium and professional service as we continue to grow.As a result of our growth and focus on continuing to strengthen the support we provide to our referrers, partners, and patients, we are recruiting for experienced Medical Imaging Audio Typists. What will you be doing?Working remotely, you will be an accurate and efficient Medical Imaging Audio Typist, typing a variety of medical imaging reports including general X-ray, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, CT and MRI. What are we looking for?To be successful, you will need to have:Demonstrated experience working as a dedicated Medical Imaging Audio Typist in the Radiology fieldWell-developed and practical knowledge of medical imaging terminologyMinimum typing speed of 80 WPM with 98% accuracyComputer literacy (including Microsoft Office and digital transcription software)Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise to meet strict deadlinesExcellent written skills, including spelling, grammar, and punctuationExceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomesAbility to work autonomously and as part of a remote teamYou must have a home office set up with the necessary computer equipment and be able to work full-time or part-time (3-4 days per week).
