As the Project Manager, you will be able to make your mark, ensuring that our new clinics are designed and built with the patient and employee experience in mind.   About the roleIn this standalone role, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and design to the final handover to the Operations Team. Your dedication to creating a welcoming space for our patients will allow you to leave a lasting impression as we undergo a transformative journey.You will be a detail-oriented and delivery-focused Project Manager, having led the set-up of new medical practices. Or you may be keen to expand your scope of experience into the health sector.Either way, with your proven communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders, you will be instrumental in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Delivery: Manage end-to-end building/refurbishment process (including drawing and design, lease and legals, tender involvement, town planning and permits, programming, stakeholder management, ordering and delivery, to handover)Stakeholder Management: Proactively manage all internal and external stakeholders relevant to each site project, ensuring clear timelines, expectations and processes are communicated.Cost Management: Ensure projects are delivered in line with budget requirements and all cost variations are captured.Quality Assurance: Review project documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards and IA policies, identify and mitigate potential quality assurance risks or compliance issues, escalating to the Line Manager when necessary. Key CriteriaProven track record in on-site Project Management of radiology clinics, medical practices, or similarStrong understanding of the radiology clinical workflowThorough understanding of construction process, structural complexity, techniques, terminology, and costs, including the ability to discuss these in a way that is understood by all stakeholders.Understanding of architectural/engineering plans and the ability to drive resolution of any issues.High degree of attention to detail, with analytical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to proactively drive an outcome with several stakeholders to agreed timeframes.Working knowledge of Microsoft Project (highly regarded) As a valued member of our team, look forward to:Working with an experienced, passionate, and dedicated leadership teamBeing part of a dynamic organisation where your ideas and expertise will be valuedThe chance to make a difference in the lives of our patientsCompetitive remuneration with the opportunity to expand your project management portfolioWork-life balance, working out of our Box Hill Support Office and remotely on site as needed If you are a highly motivated and driven Project Manager who is passionate about delivering projects that prioritise the patient experience, we would love to hear from you!Take the next step in your career and join our IA team today!
