As the Project Manager, you will be able to make your mark, ensuring that our new clinics are designed and built with the patient and employee experience in mind. About the roleIn this standalone role, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and design to the final handover to the Operations Team. Your dedication to creating a welcoming space for our patients will allow you to leave a lasting impression as we undergo a transformative journey.You will be a detail-oriented and delivery-focused Project Manager, having led the set-up of new medical practices. Or you may be keen to expand your scope of experience into the health sector.Either way, with your proven communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders, you will be instrumental in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Delivery: Manage end-to-end building/refurbishment process (including drawing and design, lease and legals, tender involvement, town planning and permits, programming, stakeholder management, ordering and delivery, to handover)Stakeholder Management: Proactively manage all internal and external stakeholders relevant to each site project, ensuring clear timelines, expectations and processes are communicated.Cost Management: Ensure projects are delivered in line with budget requirements and all cost variations are captured.Quality Assurance: Review project documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards and IA policies, identify and mitigate potential quality assurance risks or compliance issues, escalating to the Line Manager when necessary.
