Baw Baw Radiology, part of the Imaging Associates network of clinics, provides the Gippsland communities including Drouin, Warragul, and Trafalgar with locally based, high quality radiology services. We’ve had great success in recent years with our Ultrasound Trainee program across our metropolitan Melbourne and Baw Baw Radiology clinics.Due to the growth of our metropolitan Melbourne clinics and the planned growth for the Gippsland region, we are now seeking to recruit a dedicated Tutor Sonographer for our Gippsland region. What will you be doing?You will join an experienced clinical team who are driven to provide high quality and efficient ultrasound imaging services to our patients.With your passion for clinical excellence and premium service delivery, you will manage the design and delivery of the Ultrasound Training program in Gippsland to ensure that we are both building our workforce for the future and supporting our industry. You will provide a ‘Centre of Excellence’ model by delivering the best possible supervision, education and support to trainee sonographers and early career sonographers.In addition, you will be expected to provide high quality sonographic examinations to a broad patient mix ensuring patient comfort, welfare, and safety in line with established practice, policies, and procedures. Our ultrasound equipment includes Philips Epiq and GE Logiq systems, offering a wide range of ultrasound services, including general abdominal, gynaecologic, small parts, vascular and MSK imaging.
